End of show

My Take: I at first didn?t really think AJ Styles could pull off the whole Nature Boy attitude, but I think the more he is given the character and a chance to work with Flair himself, he will be able to do well with it. I don?t like having Styles/Angle main event again. It has happened way to much for my liking. I?m starting to think that Hogan/Bischoff may not think they have any other creditable main event guys. By the sounds of it, Flair was hinting towards a Hogan/Flair match in TNA. Not sure if anyone would be interested in that. I mean, I am pretty sure Flair has not cleanly beaten Hogan, ever. It is nice to see a heel AJ Styles once again, and not a comedy heel either.

The tag team title match wasn?t anything special considering how quick it went. Wouldn?t expect any kind of title change to happen. I just hope they don?t take the British Invasion off television as I believe they are one of the better tag teams in TNA.

I have never seen anything in Orlando Jordan that would result in a good push for him. His robe is disgusting and I think it is a horrible decision to have someone who is really over in Dinero, to lose to a lower mid-card talent in Orlando Jordan.

Love/Rayne was a quick squash that had a decent aftermath. Love seems like she could be a good baby face.

Nasty Boys/Nash/Young match was horrible. Brian Knobs looked horrible once he had to work. He looked like a pig, I mean that literally. Sags looked to be in some decent shape. It is a shame that Eric Young had to eat the pin fall as I believe Eric Young is better than having to job out to the Nasty Boys.

I have zero interest in a Anderson/Abyss match, considering their match at Genesis was rather horrible.

The main event was nowhere near that Styles/Angle have produced. I don?t know why they are running a angle that is very, very similar to what happened at Survivor Series 1997. Come up with your own material and stop making TNA come across as something that would be seen in 1997.

Desmond Wolfe, MCMG, Samoa Joe, Daniels, Tomko, Raven, Jay Lethal, Amazing Red, Brian Kendrick, and Tara. All were people who weren?t discussed on the show. That shows that TNA are focusing way to much time on Hogan, Bischoff and the Band. I would prefer to see any of the above people in place of Nash, Hall and Pac. TNA should be showcasing the younger/better talent as compared to the older/washed up talent they are currently focusing their television around.

Overall: A bad show this week. The matches weren?t given enough time to really get going or like the main event, was just lacking. Give me some wrestling, and more than five matches. Also, how about giving me fresh match ups and not the same main event on two Impacts and a pay per view for once? People complain about the WWE being repetitive. TNA is doing the same thing, and that is not good.

Hopefully next week produces a better show and we aren?t subjected to having to see Hogan, Bischoff and the Band too much.

Thanks for reading.
