Airports in Shenzhen

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) is one of Southern China’s largest airports. It offers more connections to domestic Chinese destinations than Hong Kong International.

Airlines that fly to Shenzhen

No airlines currently fly direct to Shenzhen from the UK. You can fly indirect, with one or more connections, using China Southern.

Getting into Shenzhen

Shenzhen Airport has its own dedicated Ground Transportation Centre where you can find lots of options for onward travel. There are local and long distance buses, express shuttles, and plans in place to connect the airport with the Metro Line.

Four city buses connect the airport with downtown Shenzhen. Bus 602 runs to Baoan Sanqu, and tickets cost CNY 5 (about 55p)*. Line 327 goes to Futian Water Park, and bus 355 goes to Shekuo. Tickets on these buses cost CNY 8 (about 85p)* per trip. Bus K568 terminates at Luoju Railway Station, and tickets cost CNY 20 (about £2.15)*.

There are also ten shuttle buses to choose from: Lines 330, 330B, Line 3, Line 4, Line 5, Line 6, Line 7, Line 8, Line 9, and Line 10. These range in price from CNY 6 to CNY 30 (from roughly 65p to £3.20)*.
