Morrison over Miz?

Hey guys this is my first post, so I hope to hear from y'all. Can anyone tell me how wwe's staff could have seen it as a good idea to put Miz in the long program with Cena he has been in, on "the flag ship show". Then put Morrison on smackdown with no real program, let alone one with a top guy. I just think that Morrison has had very good matches with most everyone he has been in the ring with. Imagine What he could do in promos, and in the ring with Punk over a few months, or the pace that he and Jeff Hardy could keep, and the crazy shit they could/would do together. I dont know Miz just seems so generic to me in most every way. Comments?
