é??縲ill you share your plan

Original Post by anniepook:

I didn't gain anything, by the grace of God, but my plan is to get rid of all the extra cookies that are sitting on my kitchen counter, all the chocolatelaced treats that were given to me, and that I bought for my family in a moment of weakness.

haha I know what you mean. I like to bake cookies, etc but I have one or two and give them all away to ppl that don't care about watching their diet. And someone gave cookies to us, moncler jacken damen I said to my fiance are burberry sale kids you eating those because otherwise they're going! Luckily I didn't gain over xmas. I gained a few over thanksgiving cuz I stopped couting for a couple weeks, but I lost it fairly quick once I started counting again.

I did the unexpected. and PUT ON weight. the cold weather and abundance of comfort food, commenced the salivating and went true religion straight to my hips. oh the joy of racking up a few more pounds and squeezing into my work gear. very demure I can assure you.

Thankfully, I'm back on the train to healthy eating and as I have the marathon in april I am on the express route.

I intend to have lots of fresh food, non of this processed malarkey and plenty of exercise. I shall be running a minimum of three times a week on my lunch break, coupled with morning debacles of Billy Blanks ultimate bootcamp workout first thing (with a grand exeption of this morning i links of london outlet can gucci outlet assure it was a very tough battle with my alarm clock), evening and weekend will be a lovely combination of kickboxing/ taebo/ skipping/ stepper/ cycling and/or swimming.

And. I shall attempt to cut out coffee and regular tea. now where did I put my herbal.?

I love burberry sale kids the sounds of all of your resolutions, may this be the year we live our lives to the fullest! I hope we all meet our goals.

I only gained 2 pounds over Christmas, but that's 2 pounds farther away from my GW of 125, so I'm going to get back on track with the mindset of links of london outlet just pushing through it to get to my GW for once and for all so that I can just maintain and tone.

I'm back to my healthyeating plan (pretty much blew it all off over the holidays) of eating within my daily calorie limit, drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day, and consuming plenty of vegetables and whole grains; cutting back on cheese, chocolate, and other treats. I plan on sticking with it by allowing myself one "cheat" day a week when I can have a 300calorie treat like a slice of cake or a couple of cookies or an ice cream cone (I buy small cones so that I'm not tempted to use a bowl and go overboard).

For exercise I'm starting the 30Day Shred as soon as my DVD arrives (yay!) and as soon as I start getting somewhat used to it, I plan on adding in the Couchto5K program as well. I also started doing yoga again which I love.

Not just from Christmas, from about a 2 month holiday period I gained roughly 3 lbs. I made the mistake of putting a week and half moratorium on my exercise routine. And boy was a sore when I jumped back in!! I got to feeling guilty from the lack of exercise, not really gucci outlet from my diet, even though I ate "bad" foods, and lots of them.

Now I have a goal to lose those 3 lbs to get back to 120. I am working out of course MF. I am also true religion going back to being good on weekends instead of like the last few months where I moncler jacken damen ate like crazy, and bad stuff at that. When I reach my goal I will buy a new purse I've been wanting quite a while now. I'm just glad the holidays are over now, for some reason it's so much easier now to behave. ANd I feel so much better too.

Also, no more eating the chocolates here at work. My evil boss who is on a crazy low cal diet bought about 10 bags of chocolates when there are only 4 of us total in the office and everyone is trying to lose weight. I did lose weight on them.

that's how well they worked for me

I have to say though that of all the programs I have used that Lindora was the best and actually taught me something about calories, food and nutrition. That's a lot more then I can say about some of the others.
